Posting
The dean (or assistant dean) signs a copy of the doctoral thesis no later than three weeks before the public defence. The signed copy is then posted on the university's official notice-board in the Origo building on the ground floor. The Registrar in Origo (registrator@liu.se) should be contacted in advance and an appointment made for posting the thesis. The receipts of delivery from the department and the library should be handed in at the same time.
Where there are special circumstances, the dean may allow the thesis to be posted less than three weeks before the public defence.
