Information Session with Migration Board
To students from countries outside EU/EEA:
It is soon time to apply for extension of your residence permit.
Representatives of the Migration Board will visit Linköping University to explain the process and answer your questions regarding prolonging your residence permit.
We strongly recommend that you visit the meeting and use the opportunity to ask your questions.
Time and place:
Date: Wednesday April 10th
Room: KY25, Key building, Campus Valla
Time: Start at 15
This year, both a representative from the study permit and work permit union will be joining us. Thus, seminar is of interest both to students in their first and their second year.
Some matters that we asked the Migration Board to take up:
- Prolonging residence permit
- Academic progress – minimum requirements
- Bank transaction history
- Waiting for decision
- Work permit – requirements and necessary documents
- Family members
- Residence permit for students who want to spend a semester abroad
The presentation will be approximately 30 minutes long, followed by an opportunity to ask questions.
