Organizational Change and Development, 15 credits
The aim of this course is to contribute to a deeper theoretical and methodological understanding of organizational change and development and how certain factors and conditions can be viewed as enabling/constraining organizational change and development. The course gives an overview of key areas of planned organizational change and describes various theoretical perspectives that can be applied to study change processes in organizations, (e.g. organizational politics, organizational learning and neo institutional theory) and how organizational change can be organized in practice.

Specific admission requirements: Bachelor's degree with a specialization in behavioural sciences, business administration or equivalent. The degree has to include basic courses of at least 15 credits in Research methods and 15 credits in Organizational theory, Organizational Psychology or equivalent.
Documented knowledge of English equivalent to Engelska B/Engelska 6; i.e. English as native language or an internationally recognized test, e.g. TOEFL (minimum scores: Paper based 575 + TWE-score 4.5, and internet based 90), IELTS, academic (minimum score: Overall band 6.5 and no band under 5.5), or equivalent.
