Case Study: Analysing Change, 9 credits
The course trains the students to identify processes of social, cultural, technological, scientific, political, environmental and/or bodily change and transformation where intersectional gender analytical approaches are pertinent and appropriate. Against this background, the students shall build a case study. The building of the case study includes that the students are trained to identify relevant theoretical and methodological frameworks and to use these to develop relevant analytical strategies and approaches.

Specific admission requirements: A bachelor’s degree in the humanities and/or social sciences with at least 30 credits in Gender Studies or equivalent qualifications and documented knowledge of English equivalent to Engelska B/Engelska 6; i.e. English as native language or an internationally recognized test, e.g. TOEFL (minimum scores: Paper based 575 + TWE-score 4.5, and internet based 90), IELTS, academic (minimum score: Overall band 6.5 and no band under 5.5), or equivalent.
