Business Administration 3, Focus on Strategy and Control, 30 credits
This course consists of two parts. The first part, The Process View on Management 7,5 hp, applies to the interrelation and the links between strategic planning and international activities. The second part, Management Control 7,5 hp , focus on the methods used for implementing strategies. Business Adminitration 3 is concluded with a thesis, 15 hp, that includes an independent part of reading, but also a thesis work. The direction of the reading part will be adjusted according to the focus of the thesis.

Specific admission requirements: Business Administration 1, 30 ECTS credits, with the grade ‘passed’ and Business Administration 2, 30 ECTS credits, with at least 22,5 ECTS credits passed including a course research methods of 7,5 credit, or equivalent.
Documented knowledge of English equivalent to Engelska B/Engelska 6; i.e. English as native language or an internationally recognized test, e.g. TOEFL (minimum scores: Paper based 575 + TWE-score 4.5, and internet based 90), IELTS, academic (minimum score: Overall band 6.5 and no band under 5.5), or equivalent.
