Academic English for Exchange Students, 7,5 credits
This course aims to help students improve their academic English skills, regardless of what other academic subject they study. Students study texts in English from specialist literature and from ordinary prose but the main focus is on writing exercises for academic purposes.

Specific admission requirements: Only exchange students are eligible to apply for this course. Documented knowledge of English equivalent to 'Engelska B/engelska 6'; i.e. English as native language or an internationally recognized test, e.g. TOEFL (minimum scores: Paperbased 575 + TWE-score 4.5, internetbased 90 TWE-score 20), IELTS, academic (minimum score: Overall band 6.5 and no band under 5.5), or equivalent.
