E-services in Business and Society, 7.5 credits

In this course students students acquire knowledge of the meaning of a number of key concepts related to e-services in the private and the public sector. The course covers different perspectives that can be applied when designing, implementing and evaluating e-services. The student will also acquire knowledge of what characterizes and distinguishes e-services in business and society compared to IT systems in general. Design of e-services for heterogeneous user groups will also be discussed, as well as social media and marketing of e-services.
