Historiographies of Intersectional Gender Studies, 7,5 credits
The course presents genealogies of current Gender Studies Intersectionality and Change in local and international developments of Womens Gender Feminist Studies as a multi, inter, trans and postdisciplinary field of inquiry and as a critical intervention in both human, social, medical, technical and natural science disciplines. Significant examples of feminist interventions in different disciplines are presented. It is also demonstrated how such interventions have led to cross-disciplinary dialogues, and how Women’s/Gender/Feminist Studies has developed as an independent area of education and research.
