Leadership and Culture, 7,5 credits
The course focuses on general theoretical findings of leadership and cultural aspects such as: the concepts of national culture as well as organisational culture. The course will also focus on: What is the cross-cultural context in Scandinavian leadership? Are there any stereotypes and/or traits to be found in Scandinavian leadership? What is Scandinavian Management - by looking closer into the area of Scandinavian research on management as well as the values and visions that has guided this research.
