Managing Organizational Change, 7,5 credits
The emergence of the information and knowledge society together with the rapidly changing global environment gave rise to the recognition that continuous learning and knowledge creation are some of the most competitive ways of responding to these challenges. Thus, more and more organisations are adopting principles and tools for learning and knowledge management as a main approach for organisational change. Hence, the course focuses on organisational change by examining the nature, key concepts and processes of learning and knowledge creation.
