Human Resource Management, 7,5 credits

People are the most important/valuable resource! It has been said many times, but if it is true, how do you manage it? People are a resource that needs to be assessed, procured and combined, just like any other resources. But this also requires motivation and rewards, a career, training and development. In short, it differs from other resources in many ways as it consists of human beings.
