Sectra
Sectra develops and sells secure mobile communication systems and high-speed encryption for telecom and data lines. Customers are primarily defense forces and government authorities with strict demands on communications security.
ActiWave
ActiWave has developed a revolutionary electronic system for sound reproduction. The solution creates an unprecedented opportunity to deliver the audio experience in both private and public settings.
BioChromix
BioChromix's focus is the misfolding of proteins and related diseases such as Alzheimer's. The company develops, markets and licenses the filter, bioassays and tools based on patented LCP technology (LCP = Luminescent Conjugated Polymer).
Sciss
Sciss has developed the software UniView, a high-quality visualisation software designed for planetariums, museums, and visualisation facilities such as the Hayden Planetarium in New York. This software entertains and educates its audience through visualisation.
SP Devices
SP Devices is a provider of high-performance analog-to-digital technology for communications, radio base stations, radar, signals intelligence and test & measurement. The products enables the customers to build systems with high performance in the areas of digital imaging and broadband communication.
Synthetic MR
Synthetic MR develops proprietary analytical and visualisation tools for synthetic magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Synthetic MRI enables physicians to drastically reduce the time needed for an MRI examination, thus increasing the patient flow.
NComVa
The company NComVa is a spin-off from LiU's visualisation research and was given the regional Rookie of the Year Award in 2011. Their visualisation tool makes statistical data more accessible.
