Area of Administrative Support and Management
Administrative Support and Management is the partner of departments, faculties and the Senior University Officers in efforts to provide effective and professional administrative support to Linköping University's core operations.
Seven departments comprise the area:
Department of Administrative Systems (ADSYS)
Management of LiU's common administrative systems Agresso, Palette, Ladok, LiU-dok and HR-plus.
Department of Finance and Operational Control (EVS)
Information and tools for operational control within LiU, expert support and development of processes for LiU's financial accounting and central accounting and reports.
Department of Management Support (LES)
LiU's legal function, archive and registry function, environmental management, Master of Ceremonies and administrative services to the Senior University Officers.
Department of Facilities Management (LFA)
Premises planning, new construction and re-modelling, furnishing, rental agreements and internal premises fees. Physical and technological security; access control, fire safety and LiU cards.
Payroll Department (LA)
LiU's central payroll and expenses administration.
Department of Human Resources (PA)
Human Resources provides support and development within professional growth for individuals, groups and organisations.
Department of Timetabling, Premises and AV Support (SAL)
Responsible for management of the University's common lecture theatres and seminar rooms, provides AV support and coordinates timetabling and booking of classrooms, exam sites and general bookable LiU common areas.
Department of Procurement Support (UA)
Expert support with procurement issues.
