Welcome to the Department of Facilities Management

The primary responsibility of the Department of Facilities Management is to manage the University's facilities. The objective of the operation is for premises and campus environments to contribute to making the University attractive to students and researchers and for the costs of running the facilities to be kept at a reasonable level through active facilities resource management in order for resources to be made available for the core operations.

The Department represents the University in the planning and implementation of new construction and in renovation and negotiation of rental terms with landlords.
