Linköping - The New Home for Swedish Superheroes!
BLODSTID meaning “Blood Times” is a new superhero comic book set in Linköping, Sweden and its surrounding environment.

Blodtid has been created, written and drawn by Mats Engesten who has previously produced art and design work for, among others, Linköping University.
The comic pays homage to the horror genre, includes Nordic Mythology references and will be released online May 5. Via flash-based online publishing, Web-readers will be able to turn pages and adverts can be clickable or provide additional mobile media such as commercials, or flash-based adverts.
Blodstid Part 1: Undead Dawn Over the Plains is set in Linköping and the main character is a 21-year-old student at Linköping University named Maria Costanza.
"Blodstid is a totally unique product," says Mats. "Never before has a series been created with such a local connection."
