“Stress and conflict situations at the work place”

Welcome to the next Junior Faculty Club.
Karin Löfstrand from FeelGood is invited and she will give a presentation on "Stress and conflict situations at the work place". The intention of the seminar is to provide an open forum to discuss these topics. Questions that will be addressed are: What is stress? What are the risk factors for stress at work? What are typical reactions? and How can someone handle stress?

Since their will be time for discussion and to get the best outcome for yourself, it is recommended to reflect what at the working place does affect you, your health and your effectivity positively and negatively.

After the seminar there will be some food and beverages for all registered JF members.
