I am professor of Applied Ethics at Linköping University. My research deals with problems in ethics and applied ethics and my publications include books and articles on the principle of human dignity, work ethics, ethical issues related to information and communication technologies (ICT-ethics) and global justice. I am coordinator of the Master's Programme in Applied Ethics at Linköping University and was 2004-2009 a member of the board of the Swedish Council for Research in Humanities and Social Sciences. I was in 2012 appointed International Academic Advisor for a new Center for Applied Ethics at Harbin University in China. Since 2011, I am president of Societas Ethica (European Society for Research in Ethics).
