Lennart Svensson
Lennart Svensson is professor in sociology at the University of Linköping, He is also a research leader at APeL, which is a R&D centre with a focus on work place learning (www.apel-fou.se).
The research has been carried out in different areas – autonomous groups, co-determination, the union organization and its work forms, project work, networks, partnership, employability, adult learning, regional development, gender mainstreaming, sustainable change and interactive research.
LS had developed different university courses based on an action-oriented approach for project leaders, evaluators and union representatives.
LS has been responsible for three other research schools, which all have been based on an interactive research approach.
In Helix LS is involved in projects with a focus on Lean production, workplace learning, project work, sustainable change, leadership and gender mainstreaming,.
LS is the author or co-author of thirty books, among others Action and Interactive research, Learning Evaluation, Hållbart arbetsliv (Sustainable Change), Partnership, Ownership, steering and evaluation of large projects (forthcoming).
