Registration
All conference attendants (except the key-note speakers) are required to register for the conference. This is made via a registration form:
Deadline for early registration is April 15, 2013.
Conference fees
Payments of the conference fees are made via invoice or with credit card, when registering.
Conference fees include:
- Access to the conference program.
- Lunch buffet or take away lunch on conference days, as well as refreshments during the session breaks.
- Welcome reception
- Conference dinner (The conference dinner at the 13th of June is not included in the on day registration fee)

* Registration fee for accompanying persons include the opening ceremony, the welcome reception and the Conference dinner. However, accompanying persons will not have access to any of the conference rooms or the poster sessions.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation before May 1st: 50% refund
- Cancellation after May 1st: no refund
