2013 Summer Conference

We are delighted to invite you, Agora members, to the 2nd Agora Materiae summer conference that will take place at Sandvik Gård (located a 20 minute drive from Norrköping) from the 28th to the 30th of August.

- At Sandvik Gård you will be sharing room with one more person (twin bed room with two separate beds). A list of names and assigned rooms will be sent to you after registration.
- We will be travelling to Sandvik Gård by bus and will leave Linköping around 8 am August 28th and return back to Linköping around 2 pm August 30th.
- Since this is a mandatory event you need to inform us if and why you can't participate. You can do that by sending an e-mail to Kirstin.

Abstract submission:

After registration we would like you to send your abstract to Daniel Nilsson. Please use the provided word template for the abstract attached below. The abstract shall contain a photo of you, 1-2 sentences about you and your interests and the scientific abstract. The abstract is limited to one page! The abstract deadline is May 17th.

Posters:

Participants are expected to bring a poster and participate in the prestigious poster competition. You can use a poster previously used at a conference or make a new poster that you print at IFM, ITN or IEI. (Unfortunately Agora Materiae cannot cover printing cost for a new poster at “liu-tryck”). A jury consisting of experienced scientists will evaluate the quality of the poster, how it was presented and find a winner. The winner for best poster presentation will be presented Thursday evening.
