During 2012/13 LIST offers the following possibilities to apply for funding:

I. Support for research projects

LIST distributes about 1 MSEK (100 000 euro) each year to support research projects at LiU. This year, we welcome project proposals where the ambition is to develop new technologies for immediate applications within life science, where a link to distributed health care strenghtens the applications without being necessary. The application should relate to a new project idea and grants must be used for international exchange.

The successful main applicants must be affiliated with LiU. For more information, read: Link to 2013 call guidelines.

The deadline for proposals is May 27, 2013. 

II. Travel Support

LiU researchers planning to participate in meetings abroad with the specific purpose of forming a consortium for an EU application can apply to LIST for a contribution to their travel expenses of up to  SEK 20 000 per EU call. The LiU contribution to the EU proposal should be within the area of life science technologies (more information).

III. Support for arranging workshops, symposia and conferences.

LiU researchers planning to arrange an international workshop, symposium or conference in Linköping or Norrköping can apply for a contribution to the costs from LIST of up to SEK 27 000. The topic of the meeting should be within the area of life science technologies. Workshops explicitly focusing on developing new international joint research projects, student exchange etc will be given the highest priority (more information).
