Visions
The joint visions for operating FunMat over a 5–10-year period is:
- Excellency for Swedish research delivering solutions and opportunities for Industry in Advanced Surface Engineering
- Together, the partners can significantly impact our national leadership in the crucial area of nanoscale surface engineering over the coming decade
- Integration between research and development organization of the research groups and the companies in respective project. We expect to see an increasing exchange of project leaders between industry and academia as well as shared laboratory resources.
