Profile and Research

I received my B.Sc in Material Science and Engineering from the National Tsing Hua University (NTHU), Taiwan. In 2011, I moved to Linköping University where I have been following the M.Sc. program on Material Physics and Nanotechnology. My research as M.Sc. student (started in September 2012) aims at contributing to the understanding of the fundamental mechanisms that determine the crystallographic properties (in-plane and out-of-plane alignment) of thin films deposited off-normally using highly ionized fluxes (generated e.g. by HiPIMS).
