Anna is investigating variation in personality and plasticity of behaviour in the fowl, Gallus g. domesticus, with particular focus on the interaction between personality and social status.

My research interests lie mainly in the area of psychology of predation and the effects of this on adaptive coloration in prey. During my postdoctoral return year, I will focus on personality variation in predators and the implications of this variation for cognitive mechanisms such as generalization over prey appearances.
