Mobility in working life
The HELIX Centre - Managing mobility for learning, health and innovation - is an excellence centre funded in part by Vinnova 2005-2015.
It comprises researchers in work studies, entrepreneurship, business administration, pedagogics, rehabilitation and sociology. The common denominator is the concept of “good mobility” - how people can be encouraged to take on new challenges in working life.
This is about mobility not just between different jobs, but also between work and studies, work and sick leave, and work and unemployment. Research is carried out in collaboration with businesses, municipalities, county councils, government agencies and trade unions.
