Undergraduate admission requirements
All Swedish and international students must fulfill the general admission requirements and all specific admission requirements in order to be admitted to Linköping University.
General admission requirements
- completion of an upper secondary education conferring eligibility to university studies in the same country and corresponding to the same level in Sweden.
- skills in English, both written and oral, corresponding to the level of English required in Swedish upper secondary education.
- skills in Swedish, both written and oral, corresponding to the level of Swedish required to achieve a pass grade in Swedish upper secondary education. Students applying for courses/programmes taught in English are exempted from the requirement of skills in Swedish.
