LiU Elite Sports' head group has after a long meeting decided to adopt three orienteers and two runners ahead of next semester; the large number of members normally means that the requirements for merit increases for future applicants... New orienteers in the elite group are:

  • Erik Liljekvist, OK Älme (JWC-gold in the relay and total victory in Silva Cup 2008)

  • Anton Tynong, Gävle OK (2nd and 3rd in Silva Cup 2008)

  • Jonas Wallin, Vänersborgs SK (6th in long distance and 8th in the middle distance in the Swedish Junior Championships 2008)
