Cognitive Science 180 hp
Cognitive Science is a multidisciplinary subject, which involves the study of thought processes, language and communication amongst, and between, people and computers. The Cognitive Science programme combines theory and methodology strands with more practical and adaptable course elements. The core element is the theory of cognitive science and the auxiliary elements are Psychology, Linguistics and Computer Science.

The student association KogVet
KogVet is the student association of the Cognitive Science program at Linköping University in Sweden. KogVet is made up of and run by the students themselves and works to ensure that the Cognitive Science program remains a top-notch university program as well as provides a wide range of social activities to ensure that the students will have a great time here. The association was founded in 1995 during the second year after the founding of the Cognitive Science program itself. KogVet has grown to become one of the most active student associations at the university and more than half of its members take part in it and help organizing the activities that it arranges.
